Packages and Deliveries
The Directors do not allow us to accept or sign for any any deliveries or packages.
To ensure delivery we advise that you always request that any packages or deliveries are delivered direct to you at your flat while you are available to take delivery in person and that you also request your signature on all deliveries, especially for valuable items and that such deliveries are not left outside your flat, in or around reception, the lift lobby area or around building.
Always schedule deliveries for times when you are in residence and reschedule any deliveries if you are away.
Unfortunately we have no control over your deliveries, packages or how they are handled.
You must be in to accept packages and food deliveries.
